Backed by 40-plus years of knowledge and experience, Thorley headers are designed to outflow your stock exhaust manifolds. These headers increase gas mileage and give your engine more horsepower across the entire rpm range. Their design configuration builds the most power across the rpm range, which is great for everything from street/strip performance, to towing, to steep grades. To make these headers last, Thorley made them out of durable 14-gauge mild steel with 3/8 in. thick flanges and topped them off with a good looking, nickel chrome plated finish. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.

Swaged bayonet ends lock exhaust hangers are thoroughly welded on each side to ensure most secure and stronger installation possible. Premium-quality band clamps are used on critical joints to provide the tightest, leak-free seal possible. All aFe tubing is 100% mandrel-bent. Mandrel bending ensures the tubing maintains its shape and size, providing smooth, unrestricted airflow.


TRD Cat-Back Exhaust Systems deliver increased horsepower, aggressive sound and great looks. They are crafted of 304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and durability. These systems reduce back pressure for added low-end/mid-range torque and improved horsepower - depending on application. They produce a deep, throaty tone, while meeting the 95db noise limit. These systems use factory gaskets and hardware where appropriate for easy installation, premium quality and a precise fit. They use factory-type flange connectors for lifetime sealing and existing factory mounting hangers for proper fit.
